Pairly

Support that sits beside your customer.

An AI agent answers at any hour, right inside your website. It talks your customer through the page and points at what to do next. When they ask for a person, or the AI isn't sure, a human agent joins the same live page.

  • AI agent, on duty around the clock
  • Human agent, when it matters

How a session goes

The AI takes every conversation first, at any hour. People step in for the moments that need them, and they don't start from zero.

  1. The AI agent answers

Your customer clicks the help button, or the AI offers help when it notices they're stuck: idle on a page, struggling with a form, or clicking in frustration. It speaks, listens, and moves its own cursor to show where to go.

  2. It hands over with context

When the customer asks for a person, or the AI's confidence is low, it requests a human. Your agent gets the request with a generated summary of what's happened, so the customer doesn't repeat themselves.

  3. A human joins the same page

The customer sees exactly what will be shared and agrees first. Then your agent sees their live page, talks with them by voice or chat, and draws on the screen to guide them.

What your agent actually sees

Co-browsing here doesn't stream video of the customer's screen. The widget reads the page's structure, sends it across, and rebuilds the same page on your agent's side, as it changes.

Customer's browser

Page structure, not pixels; inputs masked

Your agent's screen

Layers, not pixels

The header, the form, each field and each button travel as structure. The agent's copy is assembled from them, so it stays sharp and light even on slow connections.

Masked fields stay behind

What the customer types into a field isn't sent. Your agent sees that the field exists, never its value.

Both pages move together

The AI's violet cursor and your agent's green one appear in the same place on both sides, so everyone is looking at the same thing.

What the AI agent does, and what it leaves to your customer

An agent that can act inside a page needs firm limits. These are built into the action engine, not left to a prompt.

It will

  • Talk and point at the same time, so the voice and the cursor arrive together
  • Highlight fields and buttons, and click links that move within your site
  • Fill in a form for the customer when they ask, using what they've told it
  • Run step-by-step walkthroughs and wait for the customer to click or type
  • Explain a page section by section, and read out a dialog that's open
  • Remember the conversation and the customer's goal as they move between pages
  • Answer from your own description of each system and screen, matched by URL

It won't

  • Type passwords, one-time codes, CVVs, card numbers, IBANs, social security or passport numbers. It points to the field and asks the customer to type.
  • Press submit, pay, delete or checkout. Those become a highlight, and the customer makes the click.
  • Navigate away from your site.

Voice works in English and Arabic.

The agent console

One screen for your support team to pick up requests and work alongside the customer.

Queue
Incoming help requests and AI handoffs, with each agent's availability.
Live view
The customer's page as it changes, with their cursor trail.
Draw on their screen
Pointer, highlight, circle, box, arrow and text, shown on the customer's side as you draw.
Talk
Chat, or a voice call straight from the browser. No phone number needed.
Recordings
Record a session and play it back later.
Tickets
Open a ticket from the session, with an AI summary and suggested next actions.

Private by design

This isn't video screen sharing. The page is rebuilt for your agent from its structure, so you decide, element by element, what never leaves the customer's browser.

Inputs are masked by default

Whatever a customer types appears as dots to your agent. Add a CSS class to any element to keep it out of the session entirely.

Consent before a person joins

Before a human session starts, the customer sees what will be shared (screen contents, page details and voice audio) and chooses to start or cancel.

Direct, short-lived connections

Sessions connect peer to peer over WebRTC, with a relay only when a network requires it. Every session runs on short-lived signed tokens.

Nothing to install

Your customer doesn't download anything or grant screen access. It works in the browser they're already using.

Add it to your site

One script and one tag. The widget runs in its own shadow DOM, so it won't clash with your styles. Each of your brands or clients can have its own look and its own systems knowledge.

  • Set language="ar" for an Arabic interface and voice.
  • Building on Mendix? There's a pluggable widget, Agentic Cobrowse, for Studio Pro.
  • Runs on Cloudflare's network, close to your customers.

Questions

Can my human agents click and type on the customer's page?

No. Your agents guide with voice, chat and drawings on the screen, and the customer stays in control. The AI agent can click and fill, but only inside the limits described above.

Is this screen sharing?

No. The widget sends the structure of the page, not video. That's why masking works per field, and why sessions stay light on slow connections.

How does the AI know our systems?

You describe your systems and screens in the console: what each page is for, the steps for common tasks, and which elements matter. Pages are matched by URL, so the AI answers about the page the customer is actually on.

What happens outside office hours?

The AI agent keeps answering. If a customer needs a person and no one is available, the request waits in the queue for your team, with the AI's summary attached.

Which languages are supported?

English and Arabic, for both the interface and the voice.

Can we try it before installing it on our live site?

Yes. Book a demo and we'll set up a trial on a staging page of yours.
