When you send the demo form, we receive your name, email, company and message by email and use them only to reply about Pairly. We don't sell this information or use it for advertising. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Co-browsing sessions on our customers' sites
When a business installs Pairly, that business decides how it's used and is responsible for telling its own customers. The product is built to collect as little as possible:
- Text typed into form fields is masked by default, and site owners can exclude any element from a session.
- Before a human agent joins, the visitor is shown what will be shared and chooses whether to start.
- The AI agent doesn't fill in passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or similar sensitive fields.
- Sessions use short-lived signed tokens. A session is recorded only when an agent starts a recording.
If you used Pairly on another company's website and have a question about your data, contact that company first. We'll help them answer.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
